How to set up 2 Nodes of Telegard under OS/2
1. Get the latest version of Ray Gwinn's SIO and run the install program.
If you can afford the Reg'd version, it has some great utilities (like
SU which let's you re-boot the entire machine remotely).
2. Use the INSTx.CMD file to start a DOS session (STARTDOS program included)
in an endless loop, which calls 1.CMD or 2.CMD which sets the DOS
environment and runs the 1.BAT or 2.BAT file which is used to run the BBS.
3. The PHONEV4 program (included) is also optional, but is nice to reboot
each Instance in case of some lockups.
That's it. Of course, with some modifications, you can use these for more
than 2 nodes, but this gets you started. I myself run 3 remote nodes using
it. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
